Now Enrolling for the September 2024 Semester
Research repeatedly shows how important positive early learning is. Did you know that 90% of brain growth occurs between the ages of 0-5? Therefore, parents need to think carefully when choosing a school or daycare for their child.
At Cozy Time in Toronto, we use a Montessori based curriculum where every child has direct teacher support and the opportunity to learn as they spend time with other children.
Cozy Time provides a safe and nurturing environment for children. Each class is set up to assist children with their individual needs, based on their skill level and age. Our shelves are filled with Montessori activities that enhance a child’s will to learn and explore different developmental areas. Here at Cozy Time we take pride in preparing children academically and socially.
Do you remember being a child? Did you love to draw? Paint? Model with clay? At Cozy Time daycare in Toronto we know that creative kids are happy kids. As a result, we engage children with creative arts to help them understand their strengths and interests. This will assist them with setting a foundation for their future work style.
At Cozy Time, we know that every child develops and learns differently. Some children learn by sight. Other children will learn by touch or hearing. Our highly trained teachers make it their goal to understand what each individual child needs to succeed, and they can cater for those needs.
What we are providing for your children
The Infant room consists of children approximately from 6 months to 18 months. The class ratio is 1:3 and the teacher must hold a recognized Early Childhood Education Diploma.
This program incorporates a wide variety of teaching methods and materials to allow children to grow based on their interests. The infant program is based solely on the child’s needs and is developed in conjunction with the parents. This program is the child’s first experience out of the home.
The Pre Casa Room consists of children approximately from 18 months of age to approximately 30 months of age. The class ratio is 1:5 and the teacher must hold a recognized Early Childhood Education Diploma. The children are taught many important life skills while socializing and participating in Montessori activities. The senior toddlers are beginning to move away from parallel play and explore working towards cooperative play by learning how to work together with their peers. In this age group the children are introduced to field trips around the Greater Toronto Area and Toronto.
The Casa classroom consists of children approximately from 30 months to 6 years of age. The class ratio is 1:8 and the teacher must hold a MACTE or AMI diploma from an approved school. Our Curriculum at Cozy Time begins with a deep respect for children as unique individuals. The Casa classes bring children together in multi aged groups, rather than classes comprised of just one age group. This allows the teachers to develop close and long-term relationships with their students, while also learning each child’s learning style.
Using various creative & educational approaches, we help infant and toddler students learn how to differentiate between their senses. Doing so enhances decision-making skills, creativity, and basic spatial awareness
As part of our early learning program, we maintain strong communication between each parent and the educator responsible for their child’s care at our academy in Toronto.
At Cozy Time daycare in Toronto, we facilitate imaginative and dramatic play, in order for children to learn more about the wider world around them, whilst also exploring their individual creative impulses.
At Cozy Time daycare, we know that social-centric play time and early learning is key to better overall cognitive development.

Not just my son had a great experience with her at his 1-2 years old, my daughter has wonderful time in her class as well. They’re happy every day in Cozy Time. Sending my two kids to Ms. Sima's class was the best decide I made in their early childhood. She made them happy and learned a lot every day, and also made us worry free to send our kids to her class.I can feel she loves my kids. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I can clearly feel that my son has learned a lot since attending Casa class at Cozy Time, and his improve really surprises us. My son is naughty and has poor self-discipline at this age, Ms. Anjum and Ms. Rexy’s must be put a lot effort and energy to educate my son. Ms. Rexy is very gentle and my son likes her a lot; Ms. Anjum is really good at teaching math & language and she has been keeping us updated on my son's situation frequently at school, she is very responsible teacher. My daughter stayed at Cozy Time for around 9 months and we had to leave as we moved to a new place. The management is really excellent especially during the pandemic. The teachers are super super fabulous. My daughter was well taken care of and there were a lot of activities! My daughter grew a lot and was very excited to go to school everyday! Clothes always clean, never buttock, totally different from the experience of my son in another daycare! In a word, best ever!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Katie Vu2021-11-30My son had an amazing time with Cozy for almost a year. I see him grow and learn a lot. We had to transfer him to a new school to be closer to work. Would recommend Cozy to anyone!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Karan Malhotra2021-08-22We were referred to Cozy Time through a friend and started sending our kid there during the Pandemic. They have a very strong management team and a group of really nice, caring, and skillful teachers who did an exceptional job of looking after our kid. Our kid went there for 1 full year and they helped him prepare really well for JK. He is now able to easily spell 3 / 4 letter words, do simple math addition problems, and has become really good at colouring. Our kid ended up making very good relationships with other kids and the staff there. We will highly recommend them to our group of friends.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Candace Chiarotto2021-06-08ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND COZY TIME! My son went here from infant through to Casa program and Flourished in every room he was in. The staff is fantastic, teachers are passionate and caring. They even had a cute nickname for him within days which made it feel like he was with family. He always comes home with new skills or knowledge (the other day he asked to go to Egypt to see the pyramids) I’m beyond impressed with this place. Their COVID protocols were fantastic and I was never concerned with sending him during this pandemic, I knew they were taking all the steps to keep everyone safe. Thank you everyone at Cozy Time!
